The BHSA offers for hire a number of facilites for both formal and leisure pursuits. The information below details the rooms and playing fields currently available.

How to Book a Facility

The Main Hall

The main hall is ideal for larger functions such as weddings and dinner-dances (for up to 160 guests) and concerts (up to 270 guests).
It has under floor heating, is air conditioned and is fitted with an acoustic loop and noise limiter.
We now offer an above-stage 3m projection screen.

The stage, kitchen and bar servery area (and chairs and tables if required) are available for this hall and are included in the hire.

The hall and its environs are monitored by CCTV, a feature that provides added security for all hall users.

The Small Hall

Hire the small hall for smaller functions such as family celebrations and children's parties
The Small Hall can be hired as a meeting room for up to 70 persons.

It can, if required, be divided into two committee rooms, providing a flexible area for smaller functions such as family celebrations and children's parties. Chairs and tables are available if required.


Hire the boardroom for a small business meeting or presentation

The Boardroom

The Boardroom is an ideal venue for a small business meeting or presentation.
The room is light, airy and comfortable with a flexible seating and table arrangement for up to 24 delegates.

The boardroom is also equipped with coffee making facilites and for presentations, projection equipment.
